Gralie Premium Services
This Subscription Agreement is entered into between you and the developer of Gralie, governing your subscription to the premium services provided by the Gralie app. Gralie is an AI-powered fashion portrait creation app focused on social sharing, allowing users to upload portraits and generate high-quality fashion content with one click. By subscribing to the App's premium services, you agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. It is important to note that Gralie does not collect any user facial information and will never share any user personal data with third-party AI services, ensuring your privacy is fully protected throughout your subscription and usage.
To subscribe to Gralie's premium services, you must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to enter into a binding agreement. If you are a minor, you must obtain the consent of your parent or legal guardian before subscribing, and your parent or legal guardian must agree to be bound by this Agreement on your behalf. The App does not require users to register an account to access basic functions, but a valid subscription is required to unlock premium features, including advanced AI fashion content generation, ad-free experience, high-definition content export, and exclusive fashion templates. You confirm that all information you provide in connection with your subscription is true, accurate, and complete.
Upon successful subscription, you will gain access to all premium features of Gralie for the duration of your subscription period. The specific premium features include, but are not limited to:
Gralie offers multiple subscription plans for users to choose from, including monthly, quarterly, and annual subscriptions. The pricing of each subscription plan will be clearly displayed in the App's subscription page at the time of your purchase, and may be adjusted by the Developer from time to time with prior notice. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each subscription period unless you cancel the automatic renewal at least 24 hours before the expiration of the current period. The renewal will be charged at the current pricing of the same subscription plan you originally selected. You acknowledge and agree to the pricing and renewal terms at the time of subscribing.
When you subscribe to Gralie's premium services, you authorize the Developer to charge the subscription fee to your selected payment method (such as credit card, debit card, or mobile payment platform) as indicated during the subscription process. The payment will be processed immediately upon your confirmation of the subscription, and you will receive a confirmation notification via the App. You are responsible for ensuring that your payment method is valid and has sufficient funds to cover the subscription fee. If a payment fails due to insufficient funds, expired payment method, or other reasons, your premium subscription will be suspended until the payment is successfully processed.
You may cancel your subscription and automatic renewal at any time through the App's settings or your payment platform. If you cancel your subscription before the end of the current period, you will still have access to the premium services until the expiration of the current subscription period, and no refund will be provided for the remaining days of the period. Refunds will only be considered in cases of technical failures that prevent you from using the premium services for an extended period (more than 7 consecutive days) and cannot be resolved by the Developer's technical support team. To request a refund, you must contact the Developer via the designated email address and provide relevant evidence of the issue.
During your subscription period, you agree to use Gralie's premium services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, as well as the App's usage guidelines. You shall not use the App to upload or generate any illegal, inappropriate, offensive, or infringing content (including but not limited to content that violates copyright, trademark, or privacy rights of others). You are solely responsible for any content you upload or generate using the App, and the Developer shall not be liable for any damages or legal liabilities arising from your violation of this provision. You also agree not to reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the App or its premium features in any way.
The Developer reserves the right to terminate your premium subscription immediately without prior notice if you violate any of the terms and conditions of this Agreement, including but not limited to uploading inappropriate content, engaging in fraudulent activities, or attempting to manipulate the App's services. Upon termination, you will lose access to all premium features immediately, and no refund will be provided for any unused portion of the subscription period. The Developer may also terminate the premium services entirely at any time with prior notice (at least 30 days), in which case you will receive a pro-rata refund for the unused portion of your subscription.
The Developer may update or modify this Agreement from time to time to reflect changes in the App's services, legal requirements, or business practices. Any changes to the Agreement will be posted in the App, and you will be notified of the changes when you open the App. By continuing to use the premium services after the changes take effect, you agree to be bound by the updated Agreement. If you do not agree to the updated terms, you may cancel your subscription before the changes take effect.
The Developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Gralie's premium services, including but not limited to damages from loss of data, loss of profits, or interruption of service. The Developer's total liability for any direct damages shall not exceed the total amount of subscription fees you have paid in the current subscription period. The Developer does not guarantee that the App's premium services will be error-free or uninterrupted, and shall not be liable for any technical issues or service disruptions caused by factors beyond its control (such as device malfunctions, network problems, or third-party service failures).
